OUR PRODUCTION
We have constant production throughout the year, allowing us to offer the best products at all times. In this way our items can always be found in any large shop.
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?
OWN PRODUCTION:
We have 300 hectares (several organic) of the best vegetable farming land in Carracillo (province of Segovia), in Tierras de Pinares and in Valladolid. This land benefits from siliceous sands appropriate for vegetable gardening, giving texture, shine and flavour which make them the best in Spain.
EXTERNAL PRODUCTION:
During the months of April, May and June – a period in which the areas of Castile and León are not harvested – we have some of the best plots in the provinces of Cádiz and Seville. There, the best plots of land are selected and maximum monitoring of farming is required, monitored by our engineers and technicians, experts in agriculture.
HOW DO WE MONITOR PRODUCTION?
We have our Own Production department made up of agronomist engineers and agricultural experts who monitor the whole production process. Monitoring is carried out for all processes, beginning with the acquisition of seeds and organic fertilisers, analysing the soils where farming will be carried out, planting, irrigation, and even harvesting. Furthermore, all TABUENCA products are systematically analysed in our own laboratories, thus ensuring guaranteed quality, the maximum flavour and freshness, and a totally healthy and natural product which retains all of its organoleptic and culinary properties, maintaining the flavour of good food from traditional farming.
